Cluster version is 4.3.0-0.nightly-2019-11-28-190856

mac:~ jianzhang$ oc get deployment -n openshift-monitoring  telemeter-client -o yaml |grep csv
        - --match={__name__="csv_succeeded"}
        - --match={__name__="csv_abnormal"}

I can get these metrics info from Prometheus, see: https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/15416633/69846605-86e5b800-12af-11ea-803e-69c353018e9e.png
But I still cannot get these metrics from  https://telemeter-lts.datahub.redhat.com/graph
Maybe this telemeter server needs to be updated. Change status to ASSIGNED.
