Cause: Microsoft Edge browser didn't recognize the functionality we used for scrolling. Consequence: On MS Edge the Log screen was unable to load and would result in an error. Fix: Checked to see if the functionality was available before trying to use it. Result: Logs could render on MS Edge.

Description of problem:
Edge is unable to load up the Pipeline logs page.

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Pipeline
2. Start the Pipeline
3. View the Pipeline Run logs

Actual results:
The "Oh no, something went wrong" error page.


Expected results:
Pipeline Logs page.
