As seen at [1], tripleo-common is still using the deprecated 'NovaVcpuPinSet' parameter to configure nova. This should have be replaced with the 'NovaComputeCpuDedicatedSet' and 'NovaComputeCpuSharedSet' parameters in 16.0.
