The documentation published at [1] describes how the 'NovaVcpuPinSet' TripleO parameter can be derived. This parameter has been deprecated and should be replaced by the 'NovaComputeCpuDedicatedSet' and 'NovaComputeCpuSharedSet' parameters in 16.0.
