Description of problem:
When clicked on configmap name from webui it shows service catalog page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.11.157

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to webui
2. Go to Application Console and click on project name.
3. From Resources select Configmaps. Then click on any configmap name.
4. Now to check any other page. For ex: Overview page
5. Now again go to Resources --> Configmaps --> Click on same configmap name

Actual results:
Shows 'Service Catalog' page i.e https://example.com/console/catalog

Expected results:
Should show configmap file.
https://example.com/console/project/<project-name>/browse/config-maps/<file-name>
