Doc Text:	Previously, the default deployment for Red Hat OpenStack Platform director was not updated with actual release container namespace and it did not deploy successfully. Description of problem:

default namespace for OpenStack containers is wrong in RC

Steps to Reproduce:
1. openstack container image prepare
2. the default namespace should pull from registry.redhat.io/rhosp-rhel8
3.

Actual results:

it is trying to pull from registry.redhat.io/rhosp16


Expected results:

it sets up to pull from registry.redhat.io/rhosp-rhel8

The fix is in the compose, Can we get blocker ack to add it to errata.
