Description of problem: When createing a new VM, or after the VM is created, trying to add VirtIO-SCSI disk failed with the next WebAdmin popup failure meassage: Error while executing action: new_vm: Cannot add Virtual Disk. VirtIO-SCSI is disabled for the VM and with the next vdsm.log warn: 2020-02-04 18:04:10,775+02 WARN [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.storage.disk.AddDiskCommand] (default task-9) [bc9490de-858b-4dd8-9896-52f199518c42] Validation of action 'AddDisk' failed for user admin@internal-authz. Create new VM with VirtIO-SCSI disk 2. Edit existing VM and try to add VirtIO-SCSI disk 3. Actual results: 1&2: failed with WebAdmin failure: Cannot add Virtual Disk.
