Feature is VERIFIED on Mellanox ConnectX5,
automated test exist in https://github.com/redhat-openstack/nfv-tempest-plugin/blob/devel/nfv_tempest_plugin/tests/scenario/test_nfv_sriov_usecases.py#L264-L288
