Description of problem:
An inline error shows up when `Try Sample`, in the import form, is clicked 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Add page
2. Select `From Catalog` option & select any builder image
3. In the Git Section of the import form click on `Try Sample`

Actual results:
Inline Error (`Required`) shows up

Expected results:
When `Try Sample` is clicked git url validation should start right away
