Ideally, we would have a fix for https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-next/issues/2584

The monitoring dashboard tables use these style to prevent the headers overlapping:

Looks like the upstream fix was pulled in by https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/5078, so only included from 4.5.

Contrary to my previous comment, the upstream fix is actually included from 4.4.
