Description of problem:
Host installation failed: No NIC is detected.

rhv-4.4.0-0.19.master.el7

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Provision host with rhel8.2 according to http://ci-web.eng.lab.tlv.redhat.com/docs/master/Guide/install_guide/index.html
2. Add host to RHV
3.

Actual results:
"Failed to configure management network on the host" in event log.
No network interface is detected by RHV.

Expected results:
Network interface of host is detected.
Successful installation of host.

The db looks completely broken. If you think this setup is valid, please let us know the engine got into this state.
Which steps did you after installing RHVM?
Can you also share the /var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log, /var/log/vdsm/supervdsm.log, relevant files from /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and the output of "nmcli con show" ?
