With this enhancement, Ceilometer metering data is delivered to the Service Telemetry Framework (STF) using the AMQ Interconnect message bus for storage in the Service Telemetry Framework storage domain (Prometheus).

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1771000 +++

Ceilometer should be able to connect to AMQP-1.0 message bus. We should implement it's configuration on TripleO side and data processing on SAF server side (smart-gateway).



This bug here is for metrics propagation. The other bug was narrowed down in scope.
