We should normalize how we deal with bugs that require base image bumps, I'll track the PR and make sure this moves to MODIFIED but maybe in the future we should move any bug like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1806000 back to ASSIGNED if we determine that it requires a base image bump. Nevermind, different build, moving back. Verified this bug, and passed. rhcos image version is bumped to rhcos-44.81.202002241126-0 per https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/release-4.4/data/data/rhcos.json 1. Successfully install IPI on aws with 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-02-26-060047, master/worker nodes are using 44.81.202002241126-0 as boot image. 2. Successfully install UPI on baremetal running on OSP with 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-02-26-032705, master/worker nodes are using 44.81.202002241126-0 as boot image.
