Verified 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-03-20-200807

sh-4.4# ls /etc/kubernetes/static-pod-resources/etcd-certs/configmaps/etcd-scripts
cluster-backup.sh  cluster-restore.sh  etcd-common-tools  etcd.env

and correct node name, ipaddress, cert in etcd.env file.
