Checked below on both Chrome and Safari:
1. Cards body heights when loading
2. Cards wrap in Safari 
3. Dropdown items
4. Single-stat cards body display and loading display

There is no issue now.
Fixed on 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-03-03-175205
