Description of problem:
Since 1.9.6 epiphany-extensions includes an adblock extensions however it is not built. Could this be considered ?

I don't explicitly enable or disable extensions.  If its not built by default
from upstream, then it is probably not ready.  Get upstream to build it by
default and we'll automatically ship it.

This will be built with the next release (2.17.4-3 in FC-Devel, 2.16.1-3 in
FC-6, and 2.14.1.1-4 in FC-5) and further subsequent updates.
