Using a separate bug to continue a separate issue of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1791888#c6 : whether it is viable to change audit log level in 4.x; if yes, how? if no, should fix product.

https://coreos.slack.com/archives/CB48XQ4KZ/p1569400604446000 thread told 4.x audit is not central. Given this, will check the possible way to configure audit log level in KAS and OAS tomorrow
