Description of problem:
Trying to change number of CPU (1 -> 2) during editing of CNV VM inside RHV, once I click OK I get dialog see attachment.


"Changes that require Virtual Machine restart: namespace"
is quite misleading I was not editing namespace in any way, I was only editing spec of VM.

all edit options from rhevm side were disabled see BZ#1843933
