dialog box

Description of problem:
I changed CPu count from 1 to 2, and click OK in Edit VM dialog, new dialog appear [1 - dialog box], I click OK, so VM can restart and boot with new option but I got another error dialog [2 - error box]

doesnt matter if checkbox Apply later is checked or not, error box is always same

even if VM is down I am unable to change CPU count
