An HTTP error occurred downloading the package's new Source URLs: Getting http://www.scummvm.org/frs/scummvm/2.2.1/scummvm-2.2.1.tar.bz2 to ./scummvm-2.2.1.tar.bz2
Scummvm is updated in RAWHIDE to 2.2.0 and updates to F33 and F32 will follow. Release 2.2.1 is only targeted for Android, there is no source tarball available upstream.
