This is a bureaucracy bug to ship an updated F32 flatpak runtime that has gtk3-3.24.18-1.fc32 rpm build that got included as an FE as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1821702
The F32 flatpak runtime is pre-installed on Silverblue.

I think I'm a weak -1 FE on this; gtk3 is a fundamental package in the runtime and updating it at this point risks introducing issues into any number of flatpaks consuming that runtime. Can you cite a specific problem that this will resolve that justifies the risk?
Stephen: it fixes quite a lot of bugs, including the Firefox window sizing thing, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1821702 . I'm +1 since we already put the RPM in stable, we should match Silverblue with Workstation and of course we want all the same bugs fixed in Silverblue that we wanted fixed in Workstation.
OK, I'll buy that. +1 FE.
That's +3, accepting.
