Doc Text:	Cause: Upstream code changes in PatternFly resulted in the spacing between masthead dropdown items to be incorrect. Consequence: The spacing between masthead dropdown items is larger than it should be. Fix: Remove a previously applied fix so the correct spacing value is inherited from PatternFly. Description of problem:  Spacing between separator and first item in following group is off in masthead dropdowns.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):  4.5


How reproducible:  Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Click the help dropdown in the masthead
2.  Note "Learning Portal" is closer to the separator than "About"

I did not find learning portal on 4.4, do we support it on 4.4?

The bug also occurs at mobile in the masthead kebab dropdown, so you can verify it there for 4.4.
