In our RHOSP 16.0 documentation we list in Appendix A [1] the collected plugins available with minimum information. The suggestion here is to provide additional  information for each plugins. For example:

1) A description of the plugin
2) A typical configuration of the plugin
3) A sample output of the plugins.

Closing this as documentation is available in the Operational Measurements guide. Refinement will continue in this area, but the original focus of this issue I consider complete.
