Task:
Restructure the existing content for metrics and monitoring topics into three guides/assemblies under an 'Administration and Operations' splash page heading:

- Operational Measurements
- Logs
- Alarm Clearing (availability monitoring)

(Actual titles should be confirmed with content strategist - top-level outline document to be linked in subsequent private comment)

Goals:
Move to a more user-oriented structure and content using templates, minimalism, and modules
Review documentation of Gnocchi
Include inputs from Nick Barcet, NFV team through Sandra

Accepting this tracker to indicate that we are starting the restructure in the RHOSP 13 stream. Setting a non-specific milestone while the scope and time required are still being determined.

Assigning officially to Deepti, who is already working on aspects of this restructure.
