Rendering issues with virtual table on filter

See video. When filtering tables, sometimes there are rendering issues where the table jumps and there is extra whitespace.

PF fix now has a pr: https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/pull/4389
when this merges we can test on openshift.

Tried for several times, also on the other resources list. This is not reproduced again.
