The CAM documentation is missing a dedicated doc for upgrade instructions that should include instructions for both 3.x and 4.x installations since it is likely handled differently. The documentation should likely be organized as "Upgrading to <version>", since we'll also need a home to put any manual instructions if they happen to be required. We know it's possible that there may be manual steps involved going from a 1.1.2 with previously configured MigClusters/Storage -> 1.2.1.

We should document this upstream to begin with and then use that as the basis for downstream.

I need to test a little more, but I went through this on a cluster yesterday and it was roughly the same steps as an install, but after retrieving the operator.yml from the operator pod `oc replace -f operator.yml` instead of `oc apply -f operator.yml`. From there the operator upgraded other aspects of installation. One thing I need to verify is that it still works with the controller and ui also installed.
