Description of problem:
When OCS is deployed the overview filesystem utilization query is getting updated with persistent storage query from Ceph.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OCS
2. Go to overview dashboard 
3. See filesystem utilization graph

Actual results:
After OCS is deployed the overview filesystem utilization graph is showing wrong data.

Expected results:
Overview of Filesystem utilization should not be updated when OCS is deployed.

I checked with console team and they are aware of this issue and working on it.
