Description Stephen Benjamin 2020-06-29 10:23:12 UTC
Description of problem:

On 4.6 nightlies, the console is failing to come up.

```
level=debug msg="Still waiting for the cluster to initialize: Cluster operator console is reporting a failure: RouteHealthDegraded: route not yet available, https://console-openshift-console.apps.ostest.test.metalkube.org/health returns '503 Service Unavailable'"
```

There's several reports of people encountering this on Slack in the latest builds.

Comment 4 Stephen Benjamin 2020-06-29 12:23:15 UTC
Thanks - I did try to search and couldn't find it. Not having the error reported by the installer in comment 0 means it didn't get returned by searching search.svc.ci.openshift.org.
