ClusterVersion spec channel pointing to 4.5

Description of problem:
When 4.6 cluster is provisioned the ClusterVersion `spec.channel` is set to `stable-4.5`. The spec channel should point to `stable-4.6`

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provision 4.6 nightly cluster
2. Go to WebUI and check Administration -> Cluster Settings, Details tab

Actual results:
The channel that points to the spec channel of the ClusterVersion points to `stable-4.5`

Expected results:
The channel should point to `stable-4.6`

Additional info:
Checked on 4.6 cluster with payload 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-07-06-180619 and also 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-07-06-202123
