Description of problem:
User login and check a resource detail page such as a Pod, a Deploument etc. Click the other tab pages and console page has no react.

4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-07-07-141639

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User login and check a resource detail page such as a Pod, a Deploument etc. 
2. On one pod detail page, click tab pages such as YAML, Environment, Logs, Events, Terminal
3. Click "Pods" from breadcrumb

Actual results:
steps 2 and 3: Console is not browsing.

Expected results:
steps 2 and 3: Console should browse to the correct page
