git url validation as user types

Description of problem:
git url is only validated onBLur

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.got to Import from Git from +Add page
2.type a git url

Actual results:
git url is not validated as it is typed

Expected results:
git url should be validated as it is typed
