The RPM update installtion fails with mentions to errors on the RPM scriptlet

the new updated version is alsa-utils-1.2.3-4.fc32.x86_64, the previous installed is alsa-utils-1.2.3-3.fc32.x86_64

`rpm -q --changelog alsa-utils` show badly formatted changelog entries, so it could part of the reason (* instead of - entries)
