Jenkins-ephemeral template from 4.4.12

Description of problem: BZ1826174 is fixing oauth problem using custom CA with updated templates and s2i script.

Running samples operator 4.4.12, the s2i run script is updated with needed changes from PR1050 but templates still not includes the change from the same PR.

If using the template from the PR, the oauth with custom CA works as expected.
