How reproducible:
----------------
Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a 6 node RHHI-V deployment
2. From webconsole (cockpit), try to create new volume

the dialog closes

Expected results:
-----------------
Volume create should be successful

Tested with cockpit-ovirt-0.14.10-1.el8ev

1. Created the RHHI-V 1.8 deployment with 6 hosts in the cluster
2. Post deployment, from web console (cockpit), created the new volume
3. Repeated the test with 9 node and 12 node cluster.

Volume creation was successful
