Description of problem:
on Mac OS High Sierra, nothing happens when clicking notification drawer bell icon, on RHEL(Chrome 84 & Firefox 79) notification drawer can be opened successfully

1. login to console and try to open notification drawer

1. notification drawer was not opened and no errors
