Description of problem:


Disabled core and extras and enabled development and extras-development repos in
an attempt to upgrade from  FC5 to rawhide


How reproducible:

havent checked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable devel and extras-devel repos
2. disable core and extras
3. refresh
  
Actual results:

crash

Expected results:

shouldnt?

Thanks Rahul, i already have a bug on this issue #185629, but i have not been
able  to reproduce the error, but it will try you way.
