Description of problem:
DevWorkspace is created but not opened after the previous devworkspace is removed

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Web Terminal Operator https://github.com/redhat-developer/web-terminal-operator
2. Login as developer and click Open Terminal button.
3. Within web terminal or in desktop terminal remove created devworkspace with oc/kubectl.
4. Try to create a new web terminal in the opened OpenShift Console tab.

Actual results:
After namespace is chosen and Create button is clicked, devworkspace is created but web terminal is not opened and user is proposed to create one more devworkspace instance

Expected results:
DevWorkspace is created and web terminal is opened as it works if you refresh a tab.
