Description of problem: A user can get into a situation where the terminal UI isn't updating and the user continues to click the submit button resulting in many workspace resources being created. Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Create a self-provisioner user for testing. Install the che-workspace-controller by cloning the git repo and running export WEBHOOK_ENABLED=true export REGISTRY_ENABLED=false make deploy Steps to Reproduce initialize the web terminal in a namespace of choice using the search page find the DevWorkspace resources with the terminal open, delete the workspace resource (it may not delete but will be marked for deletion which is a different issue) when the terminal goes back to the form view to choose a namespace to create the workspace in, simply use the same namespace and click submit Actual results: The form reloads again and in the search view you'll notice that a new workspace resource was created. Expected results: The terminal should begin loading, showing the black window similar to when the user closes and reopens the terminal.
