1. Reproduced in upgrade from 4.4.20 to 4.4.21: with volumesnapshot* v1alpha1 version, cluster-storage-operator upgrade blocked. 
"Unable to update cluster as v1alpha1 version of volumesnapshots.snapshot.storage.k8s.io, volumesnapshotclasses.snapshot.storage.k8s.io, volumesnapshotcontents.snapshot.storage.k8s.iois detected."

2. Verified in upgrade from 4.4.21 to 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-09-19-224000(with fix), cluster-storage-operator upgrade successfully, cluster operator csi-snapshot-controller is blocked. So from cluster-storage-operator side, fix is expected. Mark status as VERIFIED.
