Description of problem:
User is not able to see some indexes even if he belongs to a group that has cluster-admin role.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP 4.5.5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a user
2. Add the user to a group
3. Assign cluster-admin role to the group created in step 2.
4. Login to kibana and check indexes

Actual results:
Some indexes are missing

Expected results:
All indexes should be visible
