Describe the issue:
Reference BZ 1710548 and BZ 1794409
Apart from osds, other daemon logs are not stored in files unlike in non-containerized cluster.
We need to document steps to enable placement of daemons' (mon/rgw) logs to files.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Looking for enabling lot_to_file on ceph daemons to enable placement of daemon logs into files.
