Description of problem:
On Snapshot creation view, the dropdown list PVCs but label says 'Persistent Volume'. 


How reproducible:
2/2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In left menu, click 'Volume Snapshot'
2. Click on Create button
3. There will be a dropdown to select persistent volume claim

Actual results:
The label of pvc dropdown is 'Persistent Volume'

Expected results:
The label should say 'Persistent Volume Claim or PVC'
