Description of problem:
In "Create VolumeSnapshot" page, name of PVC selection field is given as  "Persistent Volume". This should be changed to  "Persistent Volume Claim" 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Cluster version is 4.6.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Storage → Volume Snapshots and click on "Create VolumeSnapshot
" button.
2. Check the name of the PVC selection field.


Actual results:
Given "Persistent Volume" instead of "Persistent Volume Claim"


Expected results:
Name of PVC selection field should be "Persistent Volume Claim"
