In EPEL7 subunit and related packages are available: subunit-0.0.21-2.el7.x86_64.rpm subunit-cppunit-0.0.21-2.el7.x86_64.rpm subunit-cppunit-devel-0.0.21-2.el7.x86_64.rpm subunit-devel-0.0.21-2.el7.x86_64.rpm subunit-filters-0.0.21-2.el7.noarch.rpm subunit-perl-0.0.21-2.el7.noarch.rpm subunit-shell-0.0.21-2.el7.noarch.rpm Could you please add subunit and its related packages to EPEL8? Project website: https://launchpad.net/subunit Thanks, Uwe
Will you be able to branch and build subunit in epel8? The EPEL Packaging SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish to build it on epel8.
I'm sorry but it's been almost two years since I opened this request and I can't remember why I needed subunit. Also, in terms of software building and packaging, I'm just a consuming user and have no experience.
I seem to have missed this bug being reported in the first place, for which I apologize. I prefer not to get involved in EPEL packaging. I am happy to add comaintainers if somebody wishes to handle the EPEL side. Let me know who to add.
Thanks, having epel-packagers-sig like you did for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2080018 is enough. Branch requested: $ fedpkg request-branch epel8 https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/45890
