Hi, I am using CentOS Stream 8 and am using various packages in the EPEL[1] repository. I am interested in seeing python-testrepository added to EPEL 8. Would it be possible for you to maintain the package? While EPEL is more conservative in package maintenance[2][3], it does allow for updates to later versions when needed. I am happy to co-maintain (FAS: dcavalca); additionally, EPEL now has a packaging team[4] that can help co-maintain branches (FAS group: epel-packagers-sig), that can be added with either commit access or collaborator access to epel* branches (if it's not desired that they have access to the rawhide and f* branches). The EPEL team appreciate your help with EPEL. Will you be able to branch and build python-testrepository in epel8? The EPEL Packaging SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish to build it on epel8.
This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
