Description of problem:Add hosts via UI is not working properly - 500 internal server error seen in 5.0 cluster


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
[root@magna094 ubuntu]# ./cephadm version
Using recent ceph image registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/rhceph:ceph-5.0-rhel-8-containers-candidate-96803-20201013192445
ceph version 16.0.0-6275.el8cp (d1e0606106224ac333f1c245150d7484cb626841) pacific (dev)


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 5.0 cluster with latest image
2. Launch Dashboard UI and go to hosts section
3. Click on create hosts for adding new hosts OR delete the host via CLI and add the host again in UI.
However, CLI behaviour is not reflecting in dashboard UI properly when you add/remove the existing hosts
4. Observe the behaviour

Actual results:
Host add is not working, its asking for ssh keys to b copied. However, from cli its working and also saw 500 internal server error for the same.

Expected results:
Host add should work successfully.

@Juan, issue is not seen with latest compose. However, this issue is closed with wont fix. Hence, removing need info flag. Attached snippet for reference
