I upgraded from firefox-81.0.1-1.fc33.x86_64 to firefox-82.0.2-1.fc33.x86_64 and my addons were not using their saved settings. Restarting the browser made no difference. Downgrading back to firefox-81.0.1-1.fc33.x86_64 fixes the problem. Firefox 82.0.2 from the Mozilla website works as well.
