Description of problem:
Metacity will not run when SELinux is enforcing its targeted policy.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
selinux-policy-targeted-2.2.32-2

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
Set SELinux to enforce its targeted policy.  Try to run metacity.
  
Actual results:
[user@machine ~]$ metacity
metacity: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: cannot enable
