Description of problem:

The old Cinder integration (through External Providers->Openstack Block Storage) is deprecated and was replaced by Cinderlib integration (Managed Block Storage), the old integration should be removed

Could this be targeted as a 4.5 requirement so that there is some overlap with cinderlib and old cinder integration?

Changing this bug to refer only to the UI part.

Removing cinder effort includes also the removal of the logic from the REST-API, backend, and DB.

The cinder removed only in the UI part.
