Description of problem:
oc get csv clusterkubedescheduleroperator.4.7.0-202012190243.p0 -n openshift-kube-descheduler-operator -o json  | jq '.spec.minKubeVersion'
"1.19.0"

minKubeVersion should be set to v1.20.0 where as currently it is set as 1.19.0

Moving the bug to verified state as i see that the minKubeVersion is set to 1.20.0
